The terms that govern your use of North Metro Ice Dam Removal.
North Metro Ice Dam Removal is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local contractors who remove ice dams with steam. We do not perform removal work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.
You may use this site to submit a request to be connected with local contractors. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully. You may not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site.
When you submit a lead form, we route your information to up to 3 independent local contractors. We do not guarantee that a contractor will contact you, that a contractor will be available, or any outcome from a referral. Any work performed is performed by the contractor you choose, not by us.
The site and referral service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no representation about the qualifications, licensing, insurance, or work quality of any contractor. You are responsible for evaluating and selecting any contractor and for agreeing to terms with them directly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Metro Ice Dam Removal is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from the acts or omissions of any contractor we refer, including any property damage, injury, or incomplete or defective work.
Referred contractors are independent businesses, not employees or agents of North Metro Ice Dam Removal. Each contractor is responsible for their own work, insurance, licensing, and conduct.
By submitting the lead form and checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted by North Metro Ice Dam Removal and up to 3 local contractors by phone, text, or email about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
The site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
